Combining Canva’s ability for content creators to share a design as embeddable HTML Code and Korbyt’s ability to display Embedded HTML code, it is possible to have an automated connection between content edited and stored in Canva but displayed on Korbyt-controlled screens.
Automating HTML Code from Canva to Korbyt
In Canva, Share your design as HTML Embed Code
Build a Canva design/template
Select the Share button
Select Embed
Copy the HTML Embed code it generates
If you are not immediately ready to paste the code into Korbyt, you may want to paste it into a notepad

In Korbyt, Create a Layout and add the HTML Container
Create a new Layout, or open an existing one for Editing
Add the HTML Container Element
Edit the Element through the Gear Icon
Click the Pencil and paste your HTML Embed code from Canva
Resize the HTML Container window as needed
If full-screen, you can use Properties > Maximize
Publish the Layout
Add your new Layout to a Playlist to make it seen
Configuring Clever Playlists
Now changes made in Canva to the design will be seen when Korbyt displays the HTML embed code.
BE AWARE – This method will increase your cause an increase in data traffic compaired to storing the item direclty in Korbyt because now for the design to be seen it will have to call the HTML code when the layout is displayed compaired to showing a cached image/file

Korbyt Courier for Automatic import to Korbyt
Korbyt has built-in ability to connect to common cloud storage services, OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, and Adobe Experience Manager
Create a Courier in Korbyt to connect to your preferred service
In Canva, when you complete a design, save it to your preferred cloud storage service
The courier in Korbyt can check as frequently as every 30 minutes, if new items are present they will be imported from the cloud storage service to Korbyt.
You could then have a Clever Playlist that is automated based on your Media Manager folder or Tags to show the new content automatically
Players check for new content every 15 minutes, resulting in 45 min being the longest time it would take for automated content to be on a local player

Save your file from Canva to your Computer
Login to your Korbyt CSM and upload the design to your Media Manager
