9Support for Custom Recurrences from Exchange
Custom recurrences are recurrences that are first created in Exchange without a room booking and are then edited to add rooms to all or few or remaining instances of the recurrence. Improvements should be done to allow handling such bookings from the web, maintaining the sync with Exchange.
Amend the functionality of the cut off time and booking cut off period
The functionality for cut-off time is only for the current day. The other issue is the cut-off period, which is in hours. The feature request change is to have the cut-off period to be days, and then the cut-off time is a time. These two cut-off functions can be used at the same time. An example of this is ‘no breakfast items can be booked after 10 am’. This is not possible with the current configuration.

Add Company Column to Visitors on Booking Details
Description: Add a Company column to Visitors on Booking Details. Current Workflow: Company can be entered when adding a visitor, but once saved, it’s only visible in the Visitors module - not in booking details. Proposed Workflow: Display the Company field alongside visitor details within the booking details view. Business Reason: Provides quick visibility of visitor company info without navigating to another module, improving efficiency and context for bookings.

Mobile Visitor Management
Quickly add and view visitors for your bookings directly within the Korbyt Mobile app. This feature provides a seamless, on-the-go experience—whether you're planning ahead or managing changes in real time—ensuring guest details are always at your fingertips for efficient check-ins and a smooth workplace journey.
Delete a Visitor
This will enable administrators to be able to manage their visitors efficiently deleting visitors as and when necessary, from the Korbyt Booking application.
Add the ability to create more custom Meeting Types
Description: Customer would like the ability to create more custom Meeting Types in Booking, with additional colours to identify on the grid. Current Workflow: Customer can only use 3 predefined Meeting Types (Internal, External & Event) Additional types can be added via LookUps, but no colours can be assigned. Proposed Workflow: Customer can create additional Meeting Types and allocate colours to identify on the diary Business Reason: More colour options make it easier to quickly identify booking types.
Analytics and Utilization Dashboard (Data Warehouse)
Centralized dashboard powered by a data warehouse to provide actionable insights on space usage and user behavior. Empowers data-driven decisions with visual analytics and trend reporting.
Collaboration Label
Allowing a customizable label field for the Collaboration dropdown label that will appear in all interfaces. This will allow to add verbiage such as, “New Link Generated”, or whatever is most appropriate for their site.

Automatic Add-ons on O365 Add-in initiated Bookings
When a user books a room, the system will automatically attach predefined services—such as refreshments or AV equipment—based on room configuration. These “automatic add-ons” save time during booking and ensure nothing is forgotten, while still allowing users to remove them if needed.
Invitation to Attendees
Current functionality: When new attendees are added to a booking, the system sends updated invite to all attendees. Client unhappy with this behavior as it can send many invites to same people each time attendees are added. Desired functionality: Ability to send invitation to new attendees only (if possible).
Resource Booking restriction by Booking type
This feature allows administrators to control which resources can be booked based on the selected booking type. For example, certain rooms can be restricted for internal meetings only, while others may be designated for external events or hybrid setups. This ensures compliance with space usage policies, improves resource allocation, and simplifies the user experience by displaying only eligible options during booking.
Hide collaboration on booking details if a Teams/Zoom link already exists
Description: Hide collaboration settings on booking details if a Microsoft Teams/Zooms invite already exists. Current Workflow: When a user adds a Teams link via Outlook, Korbyt Booking does not detect it. Admins may then add collaboration settings, which can overwrite the host’s original Teams link. Proposed Workflow: Detect if a Teams link is already present in the booking and automatically hide or disable collaboration settings to prevent duplication or overwriting. Business Reason: Avoids confusion, prevents accidental overwriting of meeting links, and ensures a smoother booking experience for both hosts and admins.
Microsoft Outlook status to update Employee Portal status automatically
Description: Microsoft Outlook status to update Employee Portal status automatically. Current Workflow: Employee Portal status (e.g., In Office, Working Remote, Out of Office) must be updated manually by the user. Proposed Workflow: Leverage MS Graph API to sync Outlook calendar status with Employee Portal so changes in Outlook automatically reflect in the portal. Business Reason: Reduces manual updates, ensures accurate real-time status visibility, and improves collaboration planning.
Upload Documents from the Mobile
Enable users to easily upload documents directly from their mobile devices, enhancing accessibility and on-the-go task completion. Supports seamless integration with existing workflows for improved productivity.
