Amend the functionality of the cut off time and booking cut off period

The functionality for cut-off time is only for the current day. The other issue is the cut-off period, which is in hours. The feature request change is to have the cut-off period to be days, and then the cut-off time is a time. These two cut-off functions can be used at the same time. An example of this is ‘no breakfast items can be booked after 10 am’. This is not possible with the current configuration.
