Urgent Alerts - Organize with folders

The use case is for a customer that has many unique geographic locations across their network (e.g. a school district, university, or large enterprise).

The ability to preset alerts and activate them by using the toggle switch us a powerful feature, but the more presets alerts you make, the more cluttered difficult to navigate the urgent alert page becomes.

By adding folders, the user can create iterations of preset messages for specific locations and group them by location in a folder(s). By setting up and grouping the alerts in advance, all the user has to do is navigate to the right folder and activate the toggle. In a true emergency, this will simplify the process and save time.
