Ultratech: Request for Unique PIN Feature for Check-in and Check-out

The request is to implement a unique PIN-based "Check-in" and "Check-out" feature for meeting rooms.

Here are the details:

• Each user should have a unique PIN for Check in and Check out every meeting they booked .

• When a user arrives at the meeting room, the system should prompt for the PIN during check-in.

• Once the correct PIN is entered, the room should be marked as checked in.

• The same process should apply for check-out as well.

The purpose of this feature is to ensure that only the authorized person (who booked the meeting) can check in and check out, thereby preventing unauthorized access or misuse.
