Delayed Clever Publishing of uploaded content

Customer would like their uploaded content to not automatically be pulled into a Clever Playlist. They wish for there to be a delay that gives users time to assign validity dates. We suggested they stage the content in a different subfolder/location- but they still desire this update. We also explained that the players sometimes take several minutes to download the content- Customer did not like the potential inconsistency.

Potential product solutions:
1) New folder setting that requires that Validity dates be defined before the content can be used. (Setting toggled feature)

2) Create a time-delay setting within Clever Playlists settings
