Smart retention of Addons when modified within Cut off Period (Web App Only)

In fast business environments there is often need to move around spaces in order to be able to accommodate the needs of the business however users often loose their Add-ons when spaces are moved within the cut-off period. To overcome this, if the booking time is changed on the same booking date, the Add-ons will no longer be dropped.
