SharePoint Adapter with site.selection permission instead of sites.read.all

To meet IT Privacy and Security requirements, we need to alter our SharePoint adapter to just need site.selection permission rather than sites.read.all - so that they can lock down Korbyt access to a particular SharePoint site. 

Is this a possibility?  If not, is there an option to set up an SFTP site to transfer files?
