QR Code - Form generation & content submission for localized content

Customer is interested in a solution which allows an employee to scan a QR code on a digital display, enter details (e.g. co-worker name, recognition information, image, etc.) and within a short amount of time (<60 seconds), the information would appear on the screen that the QR code was initially scanned from in a preformatted template. The duration (individual play & validity dates) of the template can be preset.

The information being entered into the form would feed a data table within Korbyt and the preformatted template would integrate with the table and show updated, relevant, location specific information.

(This approach is different than using a pre-defined template and form submission in that the existing process takes up to 15 minutes to refresh (assuming all forms are set to auto-approve). The proposed process would ideally display newly submitted content within 60 seconds)
