Pixel-Based Layout Positioning

Summary

Add pixel-based controls to Layout Builder so users can position and size elements in exact pixels (X/Y/W/H).

Problem

Layout Builder is currently oriented around non-pixel units (percent x or y), forcing users to do manual conversions and trial-and-error when building layouts. This slows design work and makes it hard to match exact specs.

Desired outcome

Users can:

• See (px and %) per element when adjusting within Properties panel

• Enter exact pixel values for position/size in the Properties panel
