Modify Approver Level Access

Under the role labeled "Approver Digital Signage," customer would like users to be able to see the calendar icon on their players to see the calendar view of that player's content. 

Customer is okay giving "Administrator Digital Signage" access to other departments and being able to see more details on their players. Problem is that the customer does not want them to see the "manage user groups" option. We would like this to be a "Tenant Administrator Digital Signage" role option only, at least for our instance.
