Launchpad Library inclusion in Predefined Layouts folders

Today, the default Launchpad library does not let users permanently modify the provided templates. This feature request is to have the default Launchpad library appear within the Layouts > Predefined Layouts > Root folder (and perhaps by category). This would allow users to:
1) Rebrand existing templates for easy re-use without having to make a new templates and publish + categorize. (time saving)
2) Permanently adjust/update the default Launchpads to include additional content types (repurposing)
3) Toggle on/off Launchpad library inclusion, Players/Groups selection, and the new Playlist selection features. (adjusting)
