Launchpad Favorites

Give users the ability to select Launchpads as “Favorites” that appear at the top of the screen Launchpad Home Screen, just below their Recently Used Launchpads.

These Favorites could also be a new Launchpad Category, allowing users to create a “custom” category of their favorites.
