Korbyt Booking - Remove Custom Date Option

Client has asked if the “Custom Date” option can be hidden if the client has Exchange integration since Exchange does not allow for a Custom Date. It currently shows an “X” when they hover over it so they cannot accidentally choose it, but they were hoping that they would be able to remove it from their view.
