Image Post to have 250 words instead of characters

The Seattle Public Utilities Department (SPU) of the City of Seattle has field workers that should see the communications from the SPU Communications Department and the SPU leadership. The field workers do not have time to click on the post to read the content. Earlier, when it was so, the readership was merely 17 percent. After the change to show the full 250 words, the readership is increased to 37 percent. Thus, the request is to change the Image Post from 250 characters to 250 words.
