Hide Desktop (InView) navigation menu for Digital Signage only accounts

If the user does not subscribe to the Desktop service, then it would be better to hide this from view. Hiding this option simplifies navigation and helps users avoid confusion about a feature they are not authorized to use. Perhaps it can be hidden using the settings page, or perhaps it becomes it’s own category like the digital signage and mobile.
