Add the ability to maintain a predefined watch list of external attendee names that triggers a notification when a matching name is added to a booking.
Current Workflow:
There is no automated way to identify or alert Security when an external attendee may be associated with a previous incident.
Proposed Workflow:
When an external attendee’s name matches an entry on the watch list, automatically notify the relevant Security team for review. The attendee is not blocked from the booking, and Security can verify whether the match relates to the person of concern.
Business Reason:
Provides an early warning for potential security concerns, allowing appropriate due diligence to take place before an event while recognising that name-based matching may produce false positives.
