Export Data Option from a Data Integration

They want the the ability to export data directly from their data adapters in Korbyt into a CSV file along with an "Export to CSV" button within the data adapter view screen.

During the meeting with Korbyt PS, the client emphasized that this feature should cover all of their adapters, with special regards to the custom-built ServiceNow adapters.

While they can currently export data on the ServiceNow side, they need a way to export and compare Korbyt’s data to identify discrepancies like missing tables or errors more efficiently.

SE Notes: Currently, Korbyt users have the ability to capture adapter data using the Korbyt API (GET Adapter Data). However, this approach requires effort and knowledge that the base user may not have (in addition to the feature being turned on in their tenant). Adding the ability to export the data directly from the adapter would be applicable to most clients.
