Enhance booking audit trail

Enhance booking audit trail to include UDF questionnaire responses and attendee additions/updates.

Current Workflow:

• Audit logs capture basic booking changes but do not record UDF questionnaire responses or when attendees are added/removed/modified.

Proposed Workflow:

• Record UDF questionnaire submissions/edits (with field names and values) and all attendee changes (add/remove/update, by whom, and timestamp) in the booking audit trail.

Business Reason:
Improves traceability and compliance, provides full context for booking decisions, and simplifies investigations and reporting.
