Display Combined Status on Meeting Room Display using Teams & Zoom

Customer would like to show a users status on the door display outside of the individuals office. The solution would require an integration with Teams and Zoom simultaneously, and update the room panel based on a specific user's current availability. Logic would need to exist to validate the user's availability in 1 system, and then compare that to the 2nd system, and then provide an updated status based on the current status of both systems. The table below provides different status scenarios:

Busy	Offline	Busy	Teams indicates active workload.
Do Not Disturb	Any	Do Not Disturb	DND always wins, regardless of Zoom.
Be Right Back	Available	Away	Short absence → consider as Away.

In theory, I believe it may be possible but is relatively complex and would require a fair amount of data manipulation to ensure the unified status is correct.
