Bulk copy Layout and Media Manager folders and content

Would like the ability to bulk copy Layout folders and Media Manager folders and content within, as well as bulk assign tags to content in specific folders. Use case for us is as the customer onboards new offices and creates their templates, being cable to rinse/repeat, bullk assign/remove tags would be a huge time saver.
