Allow the ability to define a custom “Confirmed” status instead of the default for approved bookings.

Current Workflow:

• When a booking is approved, the application automatically assigns the default “Confirmed” status with no option to select an alternative.

Proposed Workflow:

• Enable users or admins to choose a specific confirmed status (e.g., Confirmed Internal, Confirmed Official) during the approval process instead of being locked to the default.

Business Reason:
Provides flexibility for organizations with multiple confirmation types, improves clarity for stakeholders, and supports accurate reporting and workflow alignment.
