Allow Customers to Enable or Disable Default Launchpad Template Categories

Provide customers with the ability to selectively enable or disable the default Launchpad template categories. This would allow them to retain only the Data-Driven templates while removing other default categories in favor of their own custom templates. Enabling this level of configurability gives customers greater control over the end-user experience and ensures the Launchpad reflects their unique content strategy.
