Allow cost code splitting using percentage values across multiple cost codes.

Current Workflow:

• Bookings can be assigned to a multiple cost codes/GL codes, with no option to divide costs proportionally across multiple codes.

Proposed Workflow:

• Enable users to allocate a booking’s cost across multiple cost codes by specifying percentage splits (e.g., 60% / 40%), with validation to ensure totals equal 100%.

Business Reason:
Supports more accurate financial tracking, accommodates shared departmental budgets, and aligns with organizational cost‑allocation practices.
