Allow Clever Playlist to Target Layout Folders and Names

Currently, Clever Playlists support automated content selection from the Media Manager using Content Name, Tag, and Folder.

However, Layouts can only be included in Clever Playlists through Tags. This creates an inconsistency in how different content types can be automated.

To ensure feature parity and a more intuitive user experience, Clever Playlists should also support automating Layouts based on Content Name and Folder, just as they do for standard media items.

This enhancement would make Clever Playlists more flexible, predictable, and accessible for all users.
