Add the ability to collapse/expand area groups within the new Diary View

Current Workflow:

• All resources are displayed in one continuous list, which can be difficult to navigate across larger locations with multiple floors or areas.

Proposed Workflow:

• Group resources by area, e.g. Floor 1, Floor 2, with the ability to collapse or expand each group as needed.

Business Reason:

Reduces visual clutter and makes it quicker and easier for users to navigate resources within the Diary View.
