Add the ability to choose a resource during the copy booking feature

Add the ability to choose a resource during the copy booking feature.

Current Workflow:

• When copying a booking, the application only allows you to select current resource. If the current resource is unavailable, users can then choose an alternative on the next screen.

Proposed Workflow:

• Enable users to first select the desired date/time for the booking, then display all available resources for that date in a dropdown, allowing immediate selection before completing the copy action.

Business Reason:
Streamlines the booking process, reduces unnecessary clicks, and improves user efficiency when copying bookings to different resources.
