Add logo to predefined web submission form
Hello. We would like to add a bit more branding to our web form so users can feel confident that they are on a credible site. Can the logo field be added since the logo is already in our general settings?

This is approved - we also have a workaround to customize the form in our settings page to customize the branding and background images, etc in the meantime.
Would recommend saving previous version in text editor to keep as backup should you need to revert!
