Add layout configuration options to the RSS element

Description:
Customer would like to resize and/or remove the blocks within the custom template in the RSS element.

Current Workflow:
Users can rearrange RSS tags in the custom template, but cannot resize, reposition or remove existing content blocks.

Proposed Workflow:
Allow users to resize, reposition and remove content blocks within the custom RSS template for more flexible layouts.

Business Reason:

Customer would like to have the text display in the full width of the element, not just half of it.
