Include an “Expected Time” column in the bulk upload spreadsheet so users can specify arrival/expected times during the upload process, with validation to ensure correct formatting.
Business Reason:
Reduces manual data entry, improves efficiency for large visitor lists, and ensures accurate scheduling and arrival management.
