Add “Expected Time” to the bulk attendee/visitor upload

Add an “Expected Time” column to the bulk attendee/visitor upload spreadsheet for bookings.

Current Workflow:

• The bulk upload template allows adding attendees/visitors but does not include a field for Expected Time, requiring manual updates after import.

Proposed Workflow:

• Include an “Expected Time” column in the bulk upload spreadsheet so users can specify arrival/expected times during the upload process, with validation to ensure correct formatting.

Business Reason:
Reduces manual data entry, improves efficiency for large visitor lists, and ensures accurate scheduling and arrival management.
