Ability to prevent users from changing their Primary Property

In would be good if we could have a flag in the system that would prevent users from changing their primary property. In some scenarios, especially when users have different user permissions against different properties, we would like users to be locked from changing their primary property so they cant gain different permissions, based on that locations permissions.
