Ability to limit booking types to resource types

Description: Customer would like the ability to limit booking types to resource types. For example, internal meetings can’t be held in client facing meeting rooms.

Current Workflow:
All booking types are visible on all resources.

Proposed Workflow:
Admins can configure resources so only certain booking types show up for certain resource types.
