Ability to drag/shorten meeting objects on the diary to adjust meeting Star time

Description:
Customer wants to be able to drag and extend meeting blocks on the calendar to quickly adjust meeting times.

Current Workflow:
Users have to manually edit the meeting time through the booking summary details.

Proposed Workflow:
Allow users to click and drag meeting blocks to change start/end times directly on the diary view.

Business Reason:
Less clicks and improves user experience, especially for teams managing lots of bookings.
