Floor Plan in O365 Add-in

•  Floor Plan view is now available in the Outlook Add-in (alongside “List”) for finding and selecting spaces on an interactive map.

• Unified icon refreshes across Bookit, Mobile, Outlook Add-in, and Settings; clearer room/desk states, favourites, and legend updates.

 How to Configure?

• Go to Global Settings → Exchange Configuration → Office 365 Add-in Configuration

• Set Enable Floor Plan to Yes or No

• Save to apply to all Outlook Add-in surfaces (Web, Desktop, New Outlook, Mac)

 Why you’ll love it?

•  Pick rooms from List or Floor Plan, mix and match in one booking allowing to add multiple spaces across Locations.

• Selections persist when switching views and can be removed individually.

• Faster decisions with at-a-glance states (Available, Booked, Favourites) and a tidy, collapsible legend.

• A new Search field on Floor Plan makes it effortless to find spaces by name.

Icon & legend updates

• New, consistent icons across all apps; Bookit, Mobile & O365 Add-in

• Any existing custom icons shall remain intact unless modified in Global Settings

• Legend opens collapsed by default; expand to see additional states and hide/show preference persists during the session.

 New ‘Service Quantity Based On’ BRE

 A new admin control lets you choose how Services & Resources quantities are calculated:

• Attendee Count (all invitees)

• Resource Participant Count (in-room participants only)

Where?

• Global Settings → Business Rule Settings → Booking → Covers/Attendee Restrictions

• Shown only when Warning message (If Attendee count is different than participant count) = NO.

• Hidden when that warning = YES.

  

How it works

• If set to Attendee Count: the mismatch warning is not shown; booking & service quantities update using total added attendees.

• If set to Resource Participant Count: the mismatch warning is not shown; booking & service quantities update using resource participant count.

Why it matters

Keep catering/equipment perfectly aligned to either everyone invited or just those physically in the room, your choice.

Configure

• Set the warning to NO to expose the new option.

• Pick Attendee Count or Resource Participant Count.

French Canadian (fr-CA) Language Support

Korbyt Booking and Bookit now support French Canadian (fr-CA) across the user interface and customer-facing text.

 Highlights

• UI labels, menus, and prompts available in fr-CA

• Covers Booking (web), Bookit, and supported email/notification text

• Mobile apps use fr-CA when the device language is set accordingly

 Additional Enhancements

1. Enhancements to Custom XML Report for Chroma Panel.

2. Combo Rooms hidden from O365 Add-in. Dependent rooms can still be booked from the Add-in.

3. Total Participant Count can now be hidden from the booking form in Korbyt Booking by disabling the Setting:
   BRE Settings>>Booking>>Covers/Add-on Restrictions>>Show Total Participant?>> Select No

4. Visitor Notes now open inline within the visitor line item.

5. The Visitors page now shows up to 50 visitors per page (previously 5).

6. External Attendees: Inline Name Edit & Smart ETA
   Edit external attendee names inline. Manually set ETA persists when updating the booking such that ETA is still within the meeting window. If a booking shifts so the ETA falls outside (or date changes), ETA resets to the new start time and updates in Visitors.

7. Enhancements made to the Resource Import Utility to include in more fields making resource import process smoother.
