We're constantly working to improve Korbyt. Here's what we were up to:

This week’s release introduces Korbyt Keychain, our new authentication management framework, alongside numerous new Launchpad templates and Layout Builder elements. We've expanded integration capabilities with popular services like Salesforce, PowerBI, and Google Workspace, while also making targeted improvements to the platform's performance and user experience.

🆕 New & Enhanced

Korbyt Keychain

• Administrators can now store and manage common authentication keys across the platform

• Added authentication support for multiple services:

  • PowerBI Elements

  • OneDrive Courier

  • Microsoft Room Scheduling

  • Google Room Scheduling

  • Tableau

  • Salesforce

Launchpad Templates

• Added new Launchpad Template support for the following elements:

  • Salesforce (with Dashboard Details Import)

  • PowerBI

  • RSS

  • Google Slides

  • Google Sheets

  • Zoom

  • Webex

  • External URL

  • YouTube

  • Tableau

  • Single Vimeo

  • Weather

• Created a dedicated category for Data Driven templates

• Added permissions and restrictions for adapter usage on launchpads

Layout Builder Elements

• Added new elements:

  • Google Sheets Element

  • Google Slides Element

  • Vimeo Element

  • Salesforce Element

• Created new weather templates for the free weather element

• Modified Screenfeed to render feeds as HTML

🐞 Squashed Bugs

Predefined Layouts

• Fixed time zone issue for predefined layout submission playlist validity dates to match the CMS time zone

Player Management

• Improved bulk provisioning to retain the state field when country is not United States of America

• Fixed video element using HLS Stream to no longer append the tx string to the URL

• Fixed video posts display on iOS devices

System Operations

• Fixed missing Media Library usage indicator

🛠️ Under the Hood

• Separated credential and non-credential settings for PowerBI
