The client needs the ability for general services staff to mark rooms as ready or not ready using mobile devices.
If a room is not ready as requested (e.g., incorrect setup, cleaning issues), there should be a mechanism to reallocate the meeting to another available room.
The current service tracker app does not allow for room changes, so a potential solution involves adding an alert button to notify administrators who can then make the necessary changes.
