There are several reports available for Mobile & Web user activity

To access the reports, make sure you are in the menu for Mobile and Web, then in the Analytics section, you will see the available Dashboards and Reports.

Reached Users

Reach measures how many members of your potential audience (all end users) have logged into the Mobile & Web experience, and if they are regularly logging in.

Reached Users Dashboard

Shows the information about reached users in a graphic format

  • Choose a date range and time setting (Month, Week, Day, Year) to evaluate

  • Add Filters to refine the data, and if you will use a set of filters often, save them for quick access

  • Review Reach in three different graphs

    • Joined Users: How many users logged on for the first time in a specified time period

    • Total Reach User Trend: Cumulative count of how many users have logged in at least once in each period

    • Total Reach by Dimension: Choose a dimension to analyze results, such as device or user attribute

  • The tables all have an option through the upper-right corner to export the table

  • Click on any bar in any graph to drill down into a report where you see specific users by name

  • The graphs can be exported as images, the data, or printed

Reached User Report

The reached user report will open if you click on a bar graph in the Dashboard, or by selecting Reports from the menu, and clicking Reachable Users

  • This report lists all reachable users with key analysis on how and when each user joined and was last reached.

  • You can search for specific users

  • Sort the columns in ascending or descending order

  • And can export the data to an Excel file for integrating with other information for analysis

Engagement Tracking

Engagement measures the number of times users have connected with content, how many times it has been viewed, and whether others are liking and commenting.

It also gives insight into which posts are getting the strongest reactions

Engagement Dashboard

  • Choose a date range and time setting (Month, Week, Day, Year) to evaluate

  • Review Engagement in one of three graphs

    • Total Trend: Cumulative count of how many views and clicks have been tracked

    • Total Views and Clicks by Dimension: Choose a dimension to analyze results, such as device or user attribute

Engagement Report

The reached user report will open if you click on a bar graph in the Dashboard, or by selecting Reports from the menu, and clicking Engaged Users

  • List view of users who have engaged with a post (Viewed, Clicked, Likes, Comments, Shares…)

  • For each user, see how many times they have viewed and clicked, plus when they were last active

  • You can search for specific users

  • Sort the columns in ascending or descending order

  • And can export the data to an Excel file for integrating with other information for analysis

Top Permforming Posts

This report lets you see how much engagement posts are receiving.

  • View list of posts with total number of views, total number of clicks, and the specific type of clicks (full page, likes, comments, bookmarks, and shares)

  • Sort by engagement score (views + clicks)

  • Evaluate factors that may affect performance, such as whether it was featured or promoted when it was published
