Korbyt now supports full integration of your tenant brand settings into the content creation process across Launchpads, Predefined Layouts, and Layouts. This enhancement allows administrators and users to maintain consistent branding by applying predefined colors and logos directly to text and image elements through intuitive controls within the CMS.

What’s New?

Users working within the Layout Builder tools can now enable a feature called Brand Selection for text and image elements. When active, this feature allows content editors to:

  • Apply brand colors to text and backgrounds.

  • Replace images with brand-approved logos or visual assets.

  • Retain access to custom color and image selections when brand guidelines permit flexibility.

Supported Tools

This feature is available in:

  • Launchpads

  • Predefined Layouts

  • Standard Layouts

Enabling Brand Selection in Element Properties

To activate brand-aware options:

  1. Navigate to the Layout Builder.

  2. Open Properties for a text or image element.

  3. In the Attributes tab, toggle “Enable Brand Selection”.

This setting is available in the CMS when editing predefined layouts and any layout types that support end-user customization.

Using Brand Settings in Text Elements

When “Enable Brand Selection” is toggled on for a text element:

  • Users editing this element will see dropdowns to apply brand-defined colors for:

    • Text color

    • Background color

  • Each dropdown includes:

    • Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary brand colors

    • A Custom option that reveals a full color picker

Using Brand Settings in Image Elements

When “Enable Brand Selection” is toggled on for an image element:

  • A new “Brand Guide” button appears before the standard image selector.

  • Clicking this button opens a library of brand images (e.g., logos).

  • Selecting one will apply the brand image directly to the element, ensuring compliance with your tenant’s visual identity.

Benefits

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all user-generated content aligns with tenant branding.

  • 🎯 Controlled Flexibility: Empower users with curated choices while maintaining visual standards.

  • Faster Customization: Eliminate the guesswork—brand elements are always accessible.
