How can I Cancel my booking?

There are multiple ways that you can cancel your own booking. The ability to cancel your own booking is based on a user's rights within Korbyt Booking.

Cancel via the Web

  • Navigate to your Korbyt Bookit site, click on My Bookings

  • Click the X next to the booking you would like to cancel

  • In the pop-up, click Yes to complete the cancellation of your booking

Cancel via Outlook

  • Within the calendar screen, right click on your appointment and choose the Cancel Meeting button

  • Open your appointment via the calendar and on the top right corner, click on the Cancel Meeting button
