Settings in the Content Management System (CMS)
System Wide Controls and Options

The Settings screen in the CMS can be opened by clicking on the Gear Icon in the upper right

Only Users who are Administrators and Tenant Administrators can access the CMS Settings
The Setting Screen has several Tabs for different sections along the top

Your specific tabs will depend on the services you have subscribed to
Use the On this page section to the right to select a specific settings section
General
From the General tab, the following settings can be configured:

Colors | The primary, secondary, and tertiary colors for the Desktop(InView) and Mobile & Web experiences ![]()

Icons | Icons for custom loaders, push notifications, and urgent alerts can be uploaded onto the Korbyt Anywhere Platform. For Details on the effect they have see |
Show Terms and Conditions | Custom terms and conditions can be added for your organization. |
Show Privacy Policy | Custom privacy policy information can be added for your organization. |
Background Type | The background of the login page for the Mobile Web experience can be set using an image or solid color. |
Chrome Tab Name | The name that will appear on the Tab for the Mobile & Web Experience |
Password Reset Template Settings | Control the format of Password Reset emails that are generated by Korbyt when someone uses the “Forgot Password” option. Can Set a Branded Color and Add Header and Footer Images |

Courier Settings | ![]() Controls which services users can create couriers to connect to. Courier Notifications allow user groups to be notified when Couriers change content |
User Email Allowed Domain Names | You can specify which email domains must be used to sign in to the Korbyt Anywhere CMS. |

Signage
From the Signage tab, the following settings can be configured:

Player Location Map | A custom map to specify the player location can be added using embed code. Most users will already have an ArcGIS map embedded. |

Desktop
From the Desktop tab, a variety of settings can be set to control which icons/buttons will appear in the upper left of the Korbyt Anywhere web interface, as well as what will appear in the system tray of the end user’s taskbar.

Mobile & Web
From the Mobile & Web tab, the following settings can be configured:

User Attributes | Custom attributes that can be used across the Korbyt Anywhere mobile app and web interface can be set. |
User Registration Settings | The Enable User Registration toggle can be enabled to allow for new user registration, and the required fields that the user must complete during registration can be set. |
Urgent Alerts | The Enable Urgent Alert Responses toggle can be enabled so that urgent alerts can be responded to. Recipients of these responses can be specified. |
User Generated Content Reports | The Enable UGC Reports toggle can be enabled so that user generated content, such as posts and comments, can be reported on. You can specify who will be able to receive these reports. |
New Registration Approvals | The Require Registration Approval toggle can be enabled to ensure that new user registrations are approved before new users can be active in the system. You can specify who will be able to receive new user registration notifications. |
SSO Attributes Mapping | Allows you to set specific SSO characteristics to be mapped to Korbyt User Attributes |
Delivery
From the Delivery tab, you can set a variety of settings for your delivery channels such as email, SMS, Twitter, phone (text-to-voice), Slack, intranet, and Teams. These settings must be configured before any communications can be sent via these channels. Currently, urgent alerts are the only form of communication that can be sent via these delivery channels.
Couriers
From the Couriers tab, you can set courier rules that will sync with a folder on the cloud or on an on-premise server. Once these courier rules are set up, content will be automatically added or removed from your Media Library without ever having to log into the Korbyt Anywhere platform.

Predefined Layouts
From the Predefined Layouts tab, the following settings can be configured that will affect the behavior and flow of items that are Web Submitted through the Predefined Layout Templates
Section | Description |
Submission Notification | Email notifications will be distributed when a predefined layout is published. The recipients of these notifications can be specified. If you have created folders with unique user notification settings in the Predefined Layouts screen, you do not need to configure this setting Web Form Submissions Process > Sharing a Folder |
Custom Form Fields | You can indicate which fields should be required within the predefined layout form. The order in which fields should appear in the predefined layout form can also be specified. The name field will be use to create the file name of the Layout The other fields will be seen in the email notificaiton to the approver |
Custom Form Style | The predefined layout form can be stylized to match your organization’s branding using custom CSS. This is very useful if a form is being embedded into an internal website and it needs to match the website’s branding. |
Auto Publish | Once the Enable for Submitted Layouts toggle is enabled, the content approvers do not need to approve and publish the layouts before they can display on their signage screens. |
Screen Control
From the Screen Control tab, you can configure various screen control commands, such as on, off, mute, and unmute, for corresponding media players that support them.
These commands then become available in the Player Setting Screen
Email Campaigns
From the Email Campaigns tab, you can configure a variety of email attributes that will be auto-populated when creating new emails such as social media links, dynamic substitution values, and physical addresses.
