Approver in a Multi site Organization

I see that anyone with a role Venue Manager can approve any authorization request for any room in the Organization, even if they are not part of the approver for a specific room. This is a serios problem for all in general. Specifically for us, we have over 200 rooms with different approvers in Different department/building/location.

Only authorized approver for each room must be able to approve any request.
