Current Workflow:

• Users can add attendees during booking creation, but cannot specify expected time at that stage. To add or update expected time, users must save the attendee and then edit each attendee separately, adding extra steps.

Proposed Workflow:

• Include an “Expected Time” field within the attendee entry form during booking creation, allowing users to input this information upfront without needing to edit the booking afterward.
